Stunning! Building dating from the 17th century.
Extremely spacious suite with private bathroom, intimate living room, large hallway, huge, spotless room.
The rest of the hotel's facilities are magnificent, there's even a beautiful chapel, a lovely garden at the back, a beautiful breakfast room. There are 5 extremely tasteful suites.
Location in the heart of the historic city center. Bragança Castle is just a stone's throw away, as is the Old Cathedral and the entire historic center.
The hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel, but it deserves a strong 4-star rating.
The hotel staff are extremely attentive. I loved it!

I stayed here for one night to break my journey to Porto, but I should have stayed longer! Very friendly staff, who recommended a restaurant for dinner. The rooms are lovely and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! So generous! We'll be back for longer next time.

It really is a manor house. With the right decor and a garden at the back and a beautiful mezzanine.
